Join us at your availability on Saturday, December 11 OR Sunday, December 12 to learn how to combat emotions around stress, anxiety, and depression while cultivating feelings of confidence and positivity.
Participants will experience Hatha, Yin, & Restorative yoga poses, breath work, guided meditation Yoga Nidra, and more.
