2020 Young Professional Virtual Leadership Conference
Welcome to the 2020 Virtual YP Leadership Conference.
The Greater Burlington Young Professionals will host the 5th Annual YP Leadership Conference (Virtually). Spend the afternoon with fellow YPs to focus on leadership topics that will help you grow professionally. This year the YP Conference has three tremendous speakers covering a variety of topics. For more information on the speakers and the subjects they will be covering check out the information below. Directly before and following the conference, networking opportunities will be available to meet and chat with fellow YP's and attendees at the conference.
Who can attend?
The 2020 YP Conference is open to all Young Professional members as well as all Southeast Iowa residents and those who work here between the age of 21 - 40.
The 2020 Young Professional Virtual Leadership Conference Speaker Lineup
Randy Wehofer
Vice President & Assistant General Manager of the Iowa Cubs
Keynote speaker is the dynamic Randy Wehofer, Vice President & Assistant General Manager of the Iowa Cubs. He will provide an inside look at minor league baseball and lessons learned on a unique career path from broadcasting to management.
Stephanie Kozlowski
Owner/Attorney at Kozlowski Law Group, LLC
Young professionals will also hear from breakout speaker Stephanie Kozlowski, Attorney & Owner of Kozlowski Law Group, LLC. Stephanie will speak on why having an attorney is important to a YP along with navigating a work/life balance.
Ricci Dula
Scout Executive and CEO at Mississippi Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America
The final breakout speaker for the day will be Ricci Dula, Scout Executive and CEO at Mississippi Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America. Ricci will speak on professional perseverance and altering one's mindset for success.
