We are seeking local residents to host riders during their time in our community. If interested in hosting, please complete the form. Riders will be placed in homes after May 1.
Riders are expected to arrive into Greater Burlington beginning late morning Friday, July 26. They would leave Saturday, July 27 no later than 9 AM.
Hosts are only expected to provide a place for riders to rest their heads for the night. This space can either be provided inside or outside. Local housing hosts are not required to entertain guests or provide them with amenities. Hosts are not required to transport or feed the riders.

If you have already committed to hosting riders, please also complete the form. In the event of a public safety incident, RAGBRAI can ensure all registered riders are accounted for.
About RAGBRAI 2019.
2019 will mark the sixth time Burlington has hosted RAGBRAI. Previous stops took place in 2009, 2000, 1990, 1984, and 1979.
The 2019 Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, which will take place from July 21 to 27, will start in Council Bluffs and end in Keokuk. In between, riders will stop overnight in Atlantic, Winterset, Indianola, Centerville, Fairfield and Burlington.
Clocking in at 427 miles with 14,735 feet of climb, the 47th edition of this roving cycling party is the eighth easiest in route history. The 2019 ride is also the sixth shortest and eighth flattest.
