Since 1963, Burlington Steamboat Days has played host to some of the finest entertainers in the U.S. Burlington Steamboat Days is the most prominent annual festival in Burlington and the surrounding area entertaining a widely diverse audience in the Greater Burlington community for the last 50 years. There is also a carnival midway with over 25 rides and many carnival games to play.
FRIDAY, JUNE 17
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Video Gaming on the Big Screen - It’s every gamers dream, playing video games on a Jumbo Screen! For $5, you can play 3 races of Mario Kart. There is a good possibility that other classic will also be available.
1 PM: Bill Riley Talent Show - The area talents will be showcased during a sanctioned Bill Riley Talent Show in the Memorial Auditorium. This is the perfect venue to showcase the diverse abilities that we have in Iowa. The winning act for each division will get the opportunity to compete at the Bill Riley Talent Search Competition at the Iowa State Fair. Admission is Free.
2 PM: Carnival Opens
3 – 6 PM: Tailgate Party - Come down prior to the gates opening to enjoy beer specials, play tailgate games, enjoy music AND enter your name for the chance to score a pair of MEET & GREET PASSES to meet the Main Stage Act – Jake Owen. Admission is free.
5 – 7:15 PM: South Stage Early Show – Jered Harness and Stumptown
