Telisha's role at the Greater Burlington Partnership is to provide leadership to a wide range of workforce development activities, to support Economic Development efforts, and to nurture and develop relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations. A few of the programs that Telisha manages include the Greater Burlington Leadership Program, 5th & 8th Grade Career Fair, Senior Signing Day, Community Leaders in the Classroom, and a virtual reality career exploration pilot project. Telisha has always considered Burlington home even though she has lived in Illinois for over half of her life, Always shopping, dinning, and working in Greater Burlington. Her favorite thing about Greater Burlington is its a beautiful river town with a lot of history. It gives the feel of a small town, provides people with ample opportunities for success, and delivers plenty of things to do and places to go. Telisha is proud to live and work in this community, and is determined to make it an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
