Crystal Jolin is excited to join the Partnership, as she loves this community and desires to serve it well! Crystal’s professional experience has equipped her to serve as the Director of Finance. Crystal graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Accountancy. She worked as a public accountant for 12 years and then moved to industry and served a local entity for 10 years. Crystal was raised in Burlington and has lived here most of her adult life. Crystal and her husband, Joe, live in the Greater Burlington area with their 4 children. She enjoys time with her family, being outside, watching her children in their sporting events, singing, and scrapbooking in any additional spare time that she might have!
