Streets & Highways

Streets within the park are at least 41' wide and designed for industrial traffic.  The Park is less than 5 minutes driving time from Highways 34 and 61, which are both four lane, divided highways.  Additionally, the Park has four entry points:

From the east via an extension of Division Street

From the south off West Avenue

From the north off Agency Street via either West Burlington Avenue or Broadway Street.

Rail & Barge Access

 

Utilities

Burlington and West Burlington provide water and sanitary sewer service to the park, which is served by 12-inch water and 8-inch sanitary sewer mains.

Alliant Energy provides 69kV, 3-phase electric service and a 6-inch high-pressure gas main to the Park.  Individual service from those lines will be installed to meet buyers' needs.
