Wine Pairings Dinner

The Olive Wine Pairings Dinners feature a five course meal with wine selections by our sommelier. It is an opportunity to gain an understanding of the selection process for wines. Each course is served with a wine. The course is selected by our Chef Tony Van Order from Grub Traveller and the wine is selected by our Sommelier Roberto Stragiotti from Italy. The passion for food and for wine can be tasted in every bite and in every sip. Throughout the course of the dinner, Roberto explains the relationship between each wine and each course. Chef Tony joins in throughout the dinner to explain different aspects of the meal. This event will feature fine Italian dining. At the close of the evening, you may choose one bottle from the event to take home and share with friends.
