Lord of the Rings Collaborative Board Play
September 20, 2017, 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
"So it begins, the great battle of our time." ~ Gandalf Lord of the Rings is a co-operative game where the object is to destroy the Ring while surviving the corrupting influence of Sauron. Each player plays one of the Hobbits in the fellowship and the game is played on a number of boards. Each realm offers unique challenges to the merry adventurers which encourages players to work together to successfully reach the volcanic fires of Mount Doom. This library event is limited to 8 players and will moderated by avid, community gamer Chris Glasgow. Lord of the Rings is the first in a series of board games hosted at the library which supports cooperative play and meeting new people. Registration is required.
