Jake’s touring lifestyle a testament to his perseverance, most of the guitars he uses on stage were personally hand-built from scratch. This dedication to his craft has earned McVey a nomination for “Best New Country Artist” by New Music Weekly Magazine in 2016, as well as a “Top Touring Act” nod from Billboard Magazine.
