A Very Vintage Market (AVVM) is a one-day extravaganza in beautiful, historic Downtown Burlington on July 20, from 9 AM to 4 PM, inspired by the love of vintage and handmade goods. This event features antique and vintage décor, repurposed, re-imagined, or up-cycled items, handcrafted goods, architectural salvage, primitive and farmhouse accents, as well as local eats.

Applying to be a Vendor?
Rules & Regulations Reminder:
I hereby apply for vending space at the 2024 A Very Vintage Market in Downtown Burlington, IA, and agree to the following conditions:
1. The organizers of this event shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the lessees, their employees, equipment, or customers from any cause whatsoever in connection with this contract.
2. If any cause whatsoever makes it impossible to hold this event, the lessee shall waive any claim for damages.
3. Booth spaces are 20' x 14'. You may apply for two adjacent spaces. Vendor is responsible for providing all resources necessary to conduct business, including but not limited to tents, tables, and chairs. Electricity is not provided. No generators are allowed, with the exception of food vendors in a designated area.
4. A Very Vintage Market will be open on Jefferson Street in Burlington from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Set up starts at 6 AM; you must be in place by 8 AM. The street will be blocked to vehicle traffic. VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN THEIR BOOTHS.
5. Vendor is responsible for cleanup and trash removal.
6. Organizers of this event will provide what they deem to be adequate and effective advertising for generating traffic.
7. Vendor agrees to conduct business in accordance with the highest standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and professionalism.
8. Event is rain or shine and OUTDOORS!
A Very Vintage Market is a thoughtfully curated event with top-notch vendors. Accepted vendors are chosen for style, originality, and quality of goods sold. We’re looking for truly unique small businesses with fresh ideas and positive attitudes that will help create the inspiring atmosphere of AVVM.
To be considered, all vendors must fill out our online application.
Please keep in mind; we do not accept every application submitted. We’re committed to selecting the best mix of vendors for our market.
You will be notified about your acceptance within two weeks of submitting your online application. At the time of acceptance, you will be emailed a link to pay for your booth(s) in full, the fee MUST be paid for within 10 days.
