The Burlington/West Burlington Area Development Foundation is a charitable 501c3 organization that exists to promote and develop the image of the cities of Burlington and West Burlington and Des Moines County. Its focus is on raising money to provide funding programs that promote the area to current and prospective residents, enhance the beauty of the communities, provide education regarding housing and business opportunities and initiatives that spur economic growth.
