Certificates of Origin (or CO) are required by businesses that export certain items to specific destinations around the globe. The purpose of the CO is to authenticate the merchandise’s country of origin. This form requires the authorized signature of the local Chamber of Commerce and the seal. This service is exclusive to Chamber of Commerce members.
