Katherine Hull is a native of Burlington with a deep commitment to serving and uplifting her community. Her journey in the local medical field has been marked by compassion and dedication, working as a CNA, Med Aide, Phlebotomist, and private in-home caregiver.
Currently, Katherine serves as an IPS (Individual Placement and Support) Specialist at Imagine the Possibilities. In this role, she supports Iowans with barriers by preparing for, securing, and maintaining competitive jobs while addressing the workforce needs of Iowa businesses.
Additionally, Katherine is a member of Iowa APSE—a statewide organization composed of providers, families, businesses, and advocates committed to advancing employment as the primary and preferred outcome for Iowans with disabilities.
Every day, Katherine collaborates with employers in Southeast Iowa’s Des Moines and Lee Counties, helping them find reliable and skilled employees. She matches job seekers with barriers to roles that align with their strengths and meet the needs of employers. This work not only helps businesses fill positions and reduce turnover but also strengthens the workforce, benefiting Iowa’s economy and creating meaningful opportunities for workers.
As a chamber ambassador, Katherine, along with her fellow ambassadors, welcomes new chamber members, volunteers, promotes new businesses, and shares information about the Chamber's initiatives, events, and programs within the community.
