Jimbo, (The Coffee Guy) and his wife, Lisa, grew up in Burlington and returned to Burlington in 1989. Jimbo worked at Riley Industrial Painting and Riley Paint Company before becoming the “Coffee Guy” at The Drake Restaurant. Jimbo has a passion for service and is most often found hustling around The Drake Restaurant trying to make everyone happy!
