Rachel Lindeen has been a part of the Greater Burlington Partnership team since 2013. Originally from Southeast Iowa, a graduate of the University of Iowa, she is excited to see Greater Burlington grow and prosper.
Rachel is the Talent Development & Government Relations Director, splitting her time between the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development. She provides leadership to a wide range of Talent Pipeline activities and initiatives to support Economic Development efforts, nurture and develop relationships with local businesses, organizations and all levels of government in an effort to cultivate a dynamic pro-business environment. She works with multiple Partnership committees overseeing the Government Relations, Greater Burlington Leadership, Business Retention and Expansion and the Future Workforce.
Giving back to the community is important to Rachel. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Burlington Area YMCA, where she is currently serving as the President of the Board. Was appointed by the City of Burlington’s City Council, as board member of the Low Income Housing Board for the City of Burlington. An active member of her church, she serves on the Church Council, currently serving as the Council President and volunteers for the community’s annual Paint-a-Thon event. Rachel is also a member of the Burlington Noon Lions Club.
