Continue to grow Greater Burlington Young Professionals membership, currently 210, develop and maintain a diverse, active program of activities, including business tours, educational and leadership series.
Successfully launch new Pasta and Politics program
Continue Greater Burlington Leadership with a minimum of 15 participants
Create a Retention program with 85% of members being contacted by board members, volunteers and staff
Enhance Member Meetings and offer added networking and informational updates
Strive to maintain membership over 700, while continuing to offer a variety of benefits and services

Identify supplier networks of existing companies and actively recruit them to Greater Burlington
Strengthen intern program by growing the number of programs and events offered
Conduct 10 outbound marketing events which will include trade shows, headquarter visits, and individual meetings with site selectors
Enhance career exploration program by adding 4 more companies to the participant list
Market the community to housing developers and encourage two new developments
Greater Burlington Convention and Visitors Bureau 2013 Goals
Diversify media plan for 2013, increasing website traffic by 5 percent
Implement electronic visitor kiosks in high density visitation areas of the community
Actively solicit conference bid opportunities from local persons and organizations with a goal of submitting eight new proposals
Aggressively market Greater Burlington as a convention/visitor destination at tradeshows, to distribute 2,500 Community Guides to leisure markets and obtain a minimum of 100 niche market leads
Further develop the Greater Burlington Sports Commission and apply for the FY14 Regional Sports Authority District Grant
Partner with Downtown Partners to develop a Downtown Walking Tour via Pod Cast
