Khayree Duckett is the Communications Director at the Greater Burlington Partnership. A Southeast Iowa native, he is a recent graduate of Iowa State University, earning a degree in political science.
Before joining the Partnership, Khayree spent two sessions as a legislative clerk in the Iowa General Assembly and staffed two statewide political campaigns. He is now responsible for coordinating the Partnership’s presence in print, digital, and broadcast media platforms. He also assists all four divisions in developing and executing policy priorities to local, state, and federal governments.
Khayree serves on the Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service, is a member of the Burlington Rotary Club, the Des Moines County Farm Bureau, and remains active in his college fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. He and his fiancée, Brittany, spend lots of time traveling to the weddings of friends and family, playing tennis, and finding classic books and vinyl records at vintage shops.
“Brittany and I really appreciate Great River Medical Center. Not only does it offer top-notch healthcare, but it’s also a great place to work and play. We enjoy attending their fitness classes and all the great equipment found in the Wellness Center facility!”
